4. ONLINE PHOTO GALLERIES

PHOTO Jazz provides an online gallery service where clients can view, purchase, and download images from their photo sessions. By accessing the gallery:

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use images for personal use and business promotion(e.g., social media, marketing materials).
  • Clients may not sell, license, or distribute images for profit or third-party commercial use.
  • Gallery links and passwords are private and should not be shared without permission.
  • Galleries will remain accessible for ONE YEAR, after which they may be removed.

5. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • All photo session bookings require a signed contract and payment according to the agreed terms.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by PHOTO Jazz LLC.
  • Payment for additional products (prints, digital files, albums) must be made in full before delivery.

6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Clients must provide at least 2 day notice to reschedule a session.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or fees.
  • PHOTO Jazz LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PHOTO Jazz LLC is not responsible for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury occurring during a photo session.
  • Technical issues that affect Website access or gallery availability.
  • Printing quality from third-party vendors if clients print images outside of PHOTO Jazz’s preferred lab.
